I told him I was using the eye of sauron because I thought it would look good with the sword. He had no problem with it. When he asked for the eye but bigger i just used the same image before. I didn't charge him for it (he's staff he doesn't loose any anyway) and I wasn't going to.

I never actually made the transaction. Since he's staff. I just wanted him to know that it was done.

But you still charged him for it and you were planning to make the transaction, and that is a punishible offence.

Did you just read want i said? I did not make a transaction, I didn't add any to mine, or subract any from his because he is staff and I am staff. When i first was staff, Q (1337 back then) used one of my stars from my shop. I asked if he ever gave me the DB's for it, and he said, and I qoute
So i figured that was the rules for staff, so I didn't charge him for it.

Then why did you say 'That'll be 50 db's'? The transaction was going to happen, and the demanding alone is a punishable offence.

I forgot he was staff when i posted, then i saw he was. If im not mistaken that was less then a week after he had been promoted. And how is the thought of doing a transaction, then realizing it's unneeded, punishable? Nothing happened. If everyone who thought of speeding but didn't speed got a ticket, we would have a lot of unnecessary tickets being given wouldn't we.

The fact that you took an image from the internet and charged who you thought is a normal member an offence in the first place. It's punishable because the transaction would be illegal.

There WAS no transaction, however. And he told me beforehand he was using the Eye of Sauron, and I let him use it.
