Guests can double post, if it has been 24 hours and / or they have a good reason to do so

Please forgive me for the topic revival, but I have a proposed addition to the revised rules concerning element requests.
Secret has been doing such a good job maintaining the Powder Game board, but lately people have been ignoring his warnings and advisories.
I suggest that we make a set of rules concerning ignorance of element request status punishable with 5% or 10% warnings for every repeat request.

So, what about rules like:
Only post requests which haven't been used before.
Post the right stuff in the right board (I've seen some element requests in the non-element request board)
(as Supermike said) No begging or persistant begging, the Staff would have declined your request the first time for a reason.

I think that falls under "trolling"

No it doesn't, begging is not necessarily ranting a lot. It could just be: PLEASE!!!! I BEG YOU! or something short like that.

I think the reviving old thread rule should be altered/deleted.
It should only apply to topics that should be locked, but aren't.

Well, revival warnings are based completely on the opinion of the staff acting upon them, so it could be difficult to determine what a revival is and is not.

My interpretation of a revival is a one month (or more) difference between the penultimate post and the last post of a thread.
If the difference is one day short of a month (with disregard to hours), I let it go.

The rules have been updated, as of now. Our newest rule is...
Use of Social Minorities as an Insult or derogatory term Risk: 20% warning for every 3 infractions Using any social minority as an insult, whether jokingly or otherwise will be punished. That includes calling something gay, retarded, or "black". Use of these words as insults or derogatory terms offends all members of said party. We are willing to be lenient in the use of "retarded", as it is commonly used and is a hard habit to get rid of, but using it multiple times regardless of warnings will result in disciplinary action. This applies on both the forums and chat.~Edit/VIROS

Oh, there it is... And by the way, if you call someone "black", it doesn't mean it is necceserily offencive, some people just accept it as fact.

As long as the word is not abused, you won't be breaking the rule. If questioned, you should explain how you used the word.
