Maybe we add a "monster level"
It will be quite easy to get monster level. By monster level i understand (it show quite good the monster power) from with level of stick reneger, the monster give 1exp.
Level of Castle Boss (Vampire?) is 30 Level of White Boss fish (a.k.a. Great White Shark) is (not certain) 28

That's ingenious.
That is very ingenious!
Time consuming for every single enemy for one gamer, but ingenious nonetheless.
Of course, on all of my games I advanced so much that only the two enemies you mentioned give me experience, so I can only check what the shark level is unless I start an entirely new game.

And there should be a pattern for exp. by level difference.
SL - stick level ML - monster level MB - monster bonus
(ML-SL)*MB
monster bonus for bosses is 100 (castle boss give before 1exp: 100, 200,300, 500)
PS. You don't have to spend all game for 1 monster - just check with every level gain with monster started to give you 1exp

A list of enemy EXP has been compiled on the Wiki: danball.wikia.com/wiki/Talk:EnemyScroll all the way to the bottom for the tables. You can refer to them to find "enemy level" for all enemies. Not all values have been tested, but by applying the formula to every enemy, that is the result. For early gameplay, it is better to define "enemy level" as the level where you can gain maximum EXP from an enemy. (eg. Green Smiley Walker's enemy level is 1, not 11). P.S. you're right - you'll get 1 EXP from the "great white shark" at LV28.

Well, would you look at that...
I have noticed that wiki users (you know who amongst you) have begun compiling some of this quantitative enemy information before I could publish them on the forums, and I thank you all very much for saving me the time of going through the tedious task of counting the number of enemies.
My question is whether or not I should discontinue publication of the forum QEFG and if I should instead make a link to the wiki, or if I should go ahead and use wiki information to complete the forums' QEFG.
Thank you for answering, and thank you everyone for helping, making an ultimate guide possible, etc.

My question is whether or not I should discontinue publication of the forum QEFG and if I should instead make a link to the wiki, or if I should go ahead and use wiki information to complete the forums' QEFG. This is entirely up to you. And perhaps, the demand of the community. You have been doing a wonderful job so far (mind you, the QEFG saved us a TON of work when we implemented the tables in the Wiki, back in V2.2). Also, the Wiki doesn't keep track of one thing, and that's the total enemy count.

Looking at the wiki, i agree with bewnt. I didn't know that you gaint 1 exp if you attack too strong enemy xD

If you don't mind, we would like to use this thread in particular for quantitative (numerical) data collection about enemies. If you have any information, please look through the various sticky threads to determine which would be best for your information, and then put your information there.
There is the Ultimate Guide to your Enemies, Compo Item Encyclopedia, Drop Statistics, and more recently a weapons thread. There might be others that I forgot to list.
Maybe I will continue to gather together the information. It almost seems redundant now that the wiki is up, but this page shows the quantitave information all together in one place and shows the total number of enemies, as bewnt pointed out.
Granted, I will continue to loathe Live Preview while I continue to make the threads since it slows down my typing significantly, but I get over that easily enough...
Besides, I ought to finish what I start, no?

I still don't know how you got the enemy count for the lake. But I digress, the wiki+these forums=\=redundant, as they are different sites. For the people who come here who do not yet know about the wiki, keep this here.

For the people who come here who do not yet know about the wiki, keep this here. Actually, the forums and wiki should go in tandem. Wiki for information, forum for discussion. As for your first question, I did the count, but it's admittedly probably inaccurate due to the immense number of enemies. If you find an error do correct it.
