You might have heard of a game called Fallout 3.
If you're thinking about buying it, DON'T.
It's a complete waste of money and time.
I rented it, and the gameplay is shaky, you are kind of forced to go into VATS every time you encounter an enemy, and there's usually just nothing to do...

This announcement is really random... Just because you don't like it doesn't mean everyone else has to dislike it. I'm not trying to start an argument, but really, millions of people love Fallout 3. Everyone can stand for their own opinion. You tried it out, and hated the game. Other people might try it and absolutely love it (like me). I also suggest you get rid of your Fallout picture in your sig, and your avatar, and to change your name XD Btw I can head-shot without VATS  |

Nah, his sig picture is the Fallout 3 one. The first Fallout one was redish, and the second was brownish. The Falout 3 one is greenish, which is the own he has now. Also, his avatar is a Fallout 3 trademark.

This topic is not necessary as an announcement. It should of been placed in just talk or the spam board. If you hate Fallout 3 then that is your opinion. No need to make a whole announcement about it. >_>

so I used the third one's emblem because rust just doesn't suit me.

Some targeting thing that you use on the game. When you encounter an enemy, you can aim at different parts of the body and then shoot that part. Then, when you're done, it shows you attacking the enemy in slow motion. VATS are probably for the people who have trouble aiming and are not accustomed to first/third person shooting games. I really never use it, since you can not control yourself while using it, and therefore the enemy can attack you easily. And also, the older emblems really are not very different. I like the original T-51b armor (shown on the cover (first image) of Fallout 1.) although BoS
(Brotherhood of Steel) T-51b armor looks cool.....ish.... (it's on the cover of Fallout 3.)

I rented Fallout 3 yesterday... its ok... it's VERY similar to Oblivion... and on PS3 there are no cheats (sounds cool... until u have to kill a bunch of guys and u have no money and u keep dying...)PERSONALLY I think that fallout 3 would ROCK on PC!

I hate cheats They kind of ruin the game. And I have no trouble with money, or killing a bunch of guys... Maybe I'm just awesome that way  And it's not very similar to Oblivion. Oblivion doesn't have guns. Oblivion is not futuristic. Oblivion has different races. Oblivion has different enemies. Oblivion has a different plot ect. ect. they do use the same engine, but they are really nothing alike. |

ok... good point... but when i play Fallout 3 I get a huge sense of Oblivion... excluding all those differences... oblivion and Fallout 3 are very similar
