Hey guys, I was wondering what you guys think the best combination for the volcano orb is. I usually use Blizzard and Thunder Storm, but blizzard just doesn't cut it in VS. I know Garnet 2 and Ruby 2 are good, but is there anything, like any cards or stones or such that would be better? Volcano

Well:
Quick's Card: Only if you are at the minimum AGI. Gives only 1/(100%-20%) = 25% more damage per second. Catapult's Card: I don't think that range matters for VS mode that much. Pierce's Card: Noooooooooooooooooooooo! Guide's Card: Does only apply to the primary projectil. Critical's Card: I don't think it affects the fires.
I think the Jewels are better. The Ruby brings 87,5% more damage. And the Garnet is probably also not too bad.

well i dunno whether vampire card works for volcano(you know...Ulti-life drainer)

no it doesn't vampire card only works for swords and gloves

You could see if the blue stone adds more damage than the ruby, but I think it doesn't.

It's best if all your guys have different range so the get hurt less by fire and splash.

My magician is equip with Blizzard (30% Slow) with Aquamarine 2 (10% Slow) and Guide's Card 2 (+20 guide length; close projectiles home into stick rangers). That means almost in the first seconds of the game, I'm already slowing down the enemies and they also move 40% slower; it gives me a great early advantage. @thread I've never tried long range with Volcano Orb, but I believe you should use jewels to deal a lot of damage with the stick rangers in the back. (Priest, Sniper, and Magicians)
