Ugh. The first impression this site gave me was cluttered. Everything is fine, and I like the style, but all the announcements is way over doing it. The announcements on a forum should never take up for space then the thread list itself.
I suggest cutting down the showing announcements to 3-5, then have a separate announcements forum that houses the rest.

I also made a thread about this in the staff area, it has gone totally ignored...
We do have a separate board to store all the other announcements, it's the "Announcements" board.

We do use it. Have you looked at the board yet? It's full.
Anyway, I'll bump the thread I made in the staff lounge. We really need to cut down those announcements.

I agree that there are just too many stickies in general, let alone announcements . . . maybe instead of all of these announcements, just 1 update thread, or even an news box in the global headers? (yes I realize there's a news fader) Maybe I should post that idea in the staff lounge . . .

Delete the inactive or the unused announcements.

I think that we should delete all the inactive users that havent been on for, like, 12 months, and agree what announcements to delete
