Always take what "some people" said with a pinch of salt.
I doubt it, considering the update schedule is 1PG a month, 3 SR or 2SR, 1 other.

Aye, tommorrow i'm guessing we're having an Irritation Stickman update (or SR), then a PG next week.

Well it's definitely SR, but next week must definitely be a PG update, because the order is 3 SR 1 PG.
