TDM has been feeling that he was demoted wrongly. He says that he did every request that came to him. When I asked him what he would say here, he replied:
I know Listo fired him, and I know it was for a reason. It's just... I promised I'd make this thread for him, and I keep my promises when I can remember them.

How many requests do we actually get anyway? Right now all the GA's are really doing are badges and that test skin. We don't really have a lot of requirement for anymore. And no one said he wasn't able to do his job, they said he just wasn't doing it.

Indeed he wasn't as far as I could see.....three badges in the months he was GA. Hmm......I honestly don't see why would we need an AGA at the moment. It is not like our current one is booked with work.....Maybe when the forum gets more active, then we can decide....

I for one, think he should be rehired. I was on chat a few weeks ago with the staff members who wanted to fire him. They told me he never completed any of their requests, but yet they failed to show me any real proof that he wasn't doing his job. Granted, I've been gone for a year, so I don't know the whole story, but still, I think he was fired for no real reason other than the fact that some people hated him.

When we say he didn't do his job, we meant he was doing almost nothing to help the forum. He didn't even attempt to make a new skin for that matter.....

Who said anyone had to make a new skin? Granted, the idea is nice, but that doesn't determine whether a GA keeps his rank or not...
...and The Dark Master has done several requests, so it isn't as if he did little...

Hmmm? Really? Did anyone notice that he did one badge in like 3 months? His special prize badge and "panda" badges didn't come till i was promoted. Actually not untill i started making badges. According to the listo, he had asked TDM to do some things and TDM didn't do them.

Then I said "Did you guys ever ASK him to do anything?", and you guys said something along the lines of "He made such-and-such badges when we asked him, but nothing else." How is he to do anything for the forum if you don't give him a request? It is not his responsibility to figure out for himself what everyone wants at any given time. Communication between staff is vital to the smooth running of the site. |

That was after he was demoted the first time. Listo had asked me to do it, i said no so he did. Then someone repromoted him and he told me to do it so i did. That was the time when we were talking to you about it.

Okay, so this is how it happened.
Listo was on chat and we were talking. I told him how he never used to reply to my pms, way back in like april. He asked me what they were. I told him, one of which was a GA application, back when we needed one. He then promoted me and told me to demote TDM. I said No, hes gonna be mad enough that I was promoted. So listo demoted him himself. Later, we were talking to you on chat about it. I pmed listo, and he told me he had already demoted him, and that he wasn't supposed to be GA anyway, so I was told to demote him. Of course this time around i had already been persuaded by others opinions on the matter.

A majority of people were complaining on how bad the skin looked, yet he didn't do anything about it. |

If everyone was complaining, why didn't they just complain directly to TDM so he could do want you wanted??? And if you really DID ask directly, show me proof, in the form of a thread. Well, why didn't I get demoted then? I have the power to create skins, and I haven't made any truly original ones (I admit, I did make one based off yours...). Since I have such a high position, the responsibilities of anyone below me are also my responsibilities. I have seen guests complain about the skin, yet I did nearly nothing. Why am I still here?
Is that enough of a point?

Hm.....Indeed you have administrative abilities, yet you're job focuses more than just making and maintaining skins, which is why there is in fact a GA. It is not your primary job. The GA and Aesthetics Designer's primary jobs are to maintain forum look and appearance.

KuraiOorora, you seem have yet again completely disregarded my request for proof. If you cannot prove that TDM was not doing his job, I'm afraid your opinion is invalid.
In a court of law, the burden is always upon the accuser, not the accused, to prove his case.
If you don't have any proof, then just come out and say it. Don't change the subject.

...in the American court of law, anyhow. I don't know if this is still the case, but in the British court of law, the burden was always upon the accused, not the accuser, to prove his case...
Anyhow, which requests were ignored, aside from the skin redesign?
