No standard member is supposed to be able to see the Warning Archive, Archive, Staff Lounge, or Trash Bin: those are staff-only places in this site. The Warning Archive was made staff-only so that we could, unhindered by bias from either view of a problem, find evidence of infractions and punish as necessary.
As to how you managed to see your user notes, I don't know, as those should also only be visible to staff...

When staff post a warning note, it is posted in the user's notes, which the user and staff can see. This is only right, as they deserve to know the reason for their warning.

A user can see his own notes? Oh, I guess that's good, then, for the appeals process of justice...

GV, there are two sets of notes. User notes which only they can see, and account notes which only staff can see. When you post a warning description it is put into both.

Ah, that's how it works...
I never had a warning, so I never did see that happen for myself before I became staff. Now I know.

And now for the long process of wiping MaaR's memory, clearing the evidence, killing the witnesses... And I thought the Japanese fiasco was bad!
Anyway, if there is a reference to a warning archive in anyone's user notes, ignore it. It means the entire set of warnings was all co-ordinated by staff in the warning archive board.
