Here you can show how far you got during a session of Mine Tower! Here is my best game yet (click for enlargement to actual size):

Not that bad for my second run. With a little practice I should be able to beat the entire game. Also, Lol.

I barely bested that game... Only 10 mines were accidentally revealed, 74 levels were successfully cleared (75 had an unexplored tile, so the game score gives me 76), and 1230 seconds were required to get that far into the game. Apparently, after a few levels (about 65?), the board goes down faster, making the game literally twice as challenging...
This is my newest record, the best yet: Only 7 mines were accidentally revealed, 84 floors were successfully cleared (85 had unexplored tiles, so the game score gives me 86), and I took 1392 seconds to get that far into the game. This shows how well I was doing. At several points in the game, I had to wait for the floors to scroll down before I could continue...

I did not know that, but now that I know that it's possible, I imagine that it would be more strategic if I evaluated squares immediately as they came into view from the top floor, therefore giving me the most time to evaluate them if necessary.

That strategy works...
None of us have come anywhere close to the "win" scenario, clearing all the mines.

139F Do you know that you can use the undocumented Shift + Left-Click on numbers, which is the same as for the regular Microsoft Minesweeper? /mePS: OK, I've cleared the game now: But it's quite hard, as you can see from the number of misses. PPS: Today I've repeated the "Game Clear" on the first try. But again I was several times very close to losing, as in my first successful game. If someone wants to see a video how I play it, I think I can create one, just tell me, otherwise I won't do it.

The time it took to do that goes off-screen.
Yeah, totally do a video for that! It would get really popular, and you could include an ad to the ODBF...

The screenshots were taken by pressing the Printscreen key on a standard QWERTY keyboard. One then pastes the image (right-clicking and choosing "Paste" or pressing [Ctrl] + [v]) into whatever image editor, removes the unnecessary background, and uploads the image onto an image host. EDIT: Here is my new best game! It only took 1391 seconds to complete, and I only missed 11 times. I had to use the stopwatch and the grenade together once I got to floor 180 or so, to ensure that a -4 pixels/second translation wouldn't put unclicked squares out of my reach when I was so close to winning...
