Staff restructure? Look at your staff and assess their abilities. They aren't cut out for it. Some mods can't upkeep their job, politely answer questions, or use proper grammar when posting ("dude ur suposed 2 click upload when ur registerd noob"). You are too focused on finding cool codes for the forums and increasing the apparently "horrible" security, making the perfect staff system, you ignore finer points of the site, e.g. sticky spam, board organization, etc. until the members complain about it, then you scramble around to fix it. The site is in dire need of a new layout and you're making a new staff hierarchy which takes days to fix because everyone is demoted to random ranks. And now onto Listo. Screw the Listoism. Listo doesn't own this site anymore. He gave it up and it is now in possession of GV, who I believe is a more fit and stable admin anyway. Listo is NOT a God. He never was perfect, never could do things that our current staff array couldn't. Javascript? Pickleman. Ordering? General Veers. Being totally awesome? The Shadow Lord. Jokes aside, this forum CAN and WILL live on without Listo.

I second that. The forum is in disarray.
Our communications are Censored by General Veers half the time, there is spam left and right, and the staff ladder is more twisted than a double helix.
Not to mention we are following a leader whom has left us. The Listo hardly even shows, and yet people want to give him power? Hes not cut out, control needs to be removed from him. Thats something i know is a shaky arguement, but its what I feel, and i indeed know i am not alone.
Concider this a Riot.

I'm sorry if I haven't done things to everyone's liking, but I am the old man with the son and the mule trying to find a good seating arrangement... There is no perfect system!I have not put in any "cool codes," but simply restored ones that already existed. I'm trying my best to do everything, but considering that I am incapable of true, simultaneous task-execution, I start with one thing, complete it, and move on to the next. Demote some staff and give the truly trustworthy ones the power to help you. |

No one is truly trustworthy! How can I possibly please anyone with impossible demands? I resent that arguement! At an entire year, i am relatively a veteran of these forums. If i could, i would do near everything possible for this community. If you knew me, you would know you could trust me. But you don't know me, do you? Maybe thats a problem. That you are trying to deal with the unfamiliar. |

I would say I'm pretty trustworthy, but I know I haven't been here long enough to say that have I? I've only been staff 1 1/2 months less than my total time here, not that that shows any commitment to the forums at all...

I agree with the part about TDM. I also think that there are way to many staff members and that the GAs and AGAs are not given correct ranks.

About the wibble and meh, this is the internet, I'm allowed to. Part of the point is to annoy. A lot of you people annoy me, but am I making a huge long rant?
