I was a regular member for a long while, became the games mod, left, and now have the power to mod posts. Seems like a good result, overall  |

I was a regular member for two months, but only active for about 1, then i was judge, for a really long time, then i was admin for about a week then i was GA... i didn't really work my way up that much. I only have been three staff positions.

I was here for about 6 months then I was a normal global mod. then I was not a mod for another 5 months, then I was a category mod. and that is where I still am today...

While TheListo, General Veers, and G were away for one reason or another, it became the utmost priority to improve forum look and layout. At one point I was given title of programmer, yet I could not code too well with HTML. At that point I became a temporary graphics artist and was given access to the admin panel. Shortly after General Veers and TheListo had returned, and Veers decided to give me placement as an Aesthetics Designer.....
Before then shortly after my previous name 'EvilEntity' was banned from the chat. I decided to change my behavior completely for nearly a year and now go under the name 'KuraiOorora'......

Well, i worked mai way to admin. I started out as contest judge, the LOWEST of all ranks.

Well, I may not have had as humble a beginning as some other staff members (skipping Moderator and becoming TheListo's substitute in slightly less than a year), but I'm sure that my actions were and are worthy of all my past and present ranks. We currently have - 4 Category Moderators,
- 4 Administrators,
- 1 Graphic Artist,
- 1 Aesthetics Designer,
- 3 High Administrators,
- 1 Co-Owner, and
- 2 Site Owners.
That would be sixteen staff members total. We have had less at some times and more at other times, but for reasons we believed to be just. We try our best to hire only those we believe capable and worthy of staffship while maintaining an appropriate number of staff members, but it's not easy. |

Then we got high admins, then we got HIGH high admins (co-owner and owner). Graphic artists fit in there somewhere.
On another note, I really had to work my way up. I went from moderator (the lowest rank at the time I attained it, no contest judges yet), to global moderator over a month after that, to assistant admin after I left for about a month on vacation, to admin after the whole molopoy thing a few months later, to this sometime last summer, at least a month after molopoy. I guess you could say my progress has been slow, but worth it.
Heh, I did work my way up each rank individually, but it was so much simpler back then...
