Let me cut to the chase. Some of the staff here are being very irresponsible and lazy. But I'm not pointing any fingers, because I have no way of knowing who they are.
Turns out there were a ton of things that had to be done that no one did. And I'm angry about it.
It all started today when I was chatting with Ggoodie, and he asked me to remove him as Graphics Category Mod, as he had resigned weeks ago, and apparently no one had done it yet.
As I was doing this, Ggoodie reminded me how Chronologik had also resigned weeks ago, yet no one had removed him as a Category Mod either.
When I was removing them as Mods in the Graphics Category, I realized that TDM, who became our new Graphic Artist since Ggoodie and Chronologik resigned, was not made a Graphics Category Mod. The Graphic Artist is supposed to be a Graphics Cat Mod. So I had to do that too.
And then FoxTrotZero came along and told me that because of the Staff Restructure which was months ago, he was told that he was supposed to be a Cat Mod. However, no one had yet assigned him to a category.
So I assigned FoxTrot to the Games Category, and then KuraiOorora told me about how Jakebob was also supposed to a Games Cat Mod too! So then I had to go back and modify those boards all over again.
I spent over an hour today fixing other people's careless mistakes. No one had ever told me about any of this until today! And I'm not happy about it.
I want to remind all staff members this: If there is something that needs to be done, and you have the power to do it, do it. And if you do not have the power to do it, notify a High Staff member, which includes myself, General Veers, PickleMan, Qwertyuiop, G, or TheListo.
Failure to do this results in disorganization, and the problems all just pile up, and then someone has to do them all by themselves.
I just wanted to let you guys know so that this never happens again.
