How do you know when to upload on PG? I've been trying forever!!!

You have to wait 12 hours, before there are 50 uploads.
(50 uploads every 12 hours)

If at any point there are less than 50 uploads between the time of upload, and exactly 12 hours before, you can upload, unless you have uploaded within 2 server days before. The most accurate way to get a spot is to take the 50th newest upload (3rd page, 10th upload), convert it from japanese time to your time zone, add 12 hours and 1 minute.

Why not look up the Uploading Guide On the forum. I think coldfuse did a post on it. Long one too. (Coldfusion, Realy old name for GGoodie)
Only I call GG Cold nowadays anyways.

The uploading guide is all very well, but not too detailed on the exact time.

The thing with the old uploading guide and its knockoff other community members put on their "sites" (freewebs pages) is that it said a general time, not the actual method of finding one . . .
