this is an ongoing discussion elsewhere in the forum, and i think that it wouldn't be a bad idea. I have a twitter account and it is pretty easy to set up and use.
Is anyone opposed to me making an ODBF twitter account and putting the login info on the high staff board?

Sure, go ahead, but I don't see any real use for it.

it could be used to try to get members more involved with the forums. we could announce contests or events on it, as well as dan-ball discoverys or techniques. it's more of a 'why not" kind of thing than an essential feature.

im not for it or against it... I dont think its super practical, but it wouldn't do any harm. Like you said, theres nothing to loose, so its just a "why not?" thing.

As I said, an update for the sake of an update. I also have a twitter account, that I never use, except for announcing qwertycasts. We should, if we do this, make a specialized ODBF account, and post the details in the high staff board.

Then let's go for it. A high-staff member with tweeting experience should be left in charge of it.
