Is it really that simple? How much of the staff actually advertise that much? You'd think if we(the forums(Including the staff)) advertised as much as we used to, we'd be at 1K members by now... You remember who's mass advertisement scheme caught the attention of GV? That was my mass advertising scheme! ok my idea. we have scheduled times to just advertise all at one time. we should do it lik 2-3 times a day, that would get attention. ALSO we should have a thread that introduces all of us so noobs know what we're like and they know what nonjas are.

The introduction thread is a good idea, yes. I advertise whenever I can, and when I do, usually about 2-3 new members come online, on the chat at least. The issue is keeping them here.
Anyway, I have a hunch there may be some staff openings soon.
