A contest for PG, you have to make a mini city. Who ever makes the best wins.

Any details or deadlines for it? What will be the prize?

You simply need to make a mini city or town, I guess it could be like a week deadline or maybe less even. The prize could be DBs, dont know how many though. Or a badge saying mini building expert. Just ideas.

What about requirements, rubrics...things along those lines? How would it be judged?

This sounds like a good foundation for a contest, but it definetely needs to be thought up more. As GV/NB said, what about judging guidelines?

It could be judged by most detailed, idk. I havent thought about that part much, do you have any ideas for that?

These are pixel arts right? If so i could think of some, but you really should think of them yourself, since this is your contest.

You get to decide the guidelines first, otherwise the contest judges will decide.
BTW, we will be using a new system. With every guideline that you place, it needs a % of total score.

Yea a little, I had an idea each one was out of 10. 10 being the highest.

The total needs to ad up to 100%
if each one was 10/10 or 10% you would need ten guidelines

So it would have to be out of 25 for each one.

Or you could make the percents reflect how important that guideline is.

That is another option.

I ment 10 out of 10 points in total. A maximum of 10 points for each would mean you would need 10 guidelines.

How about whoever gets the highest score out of 40 wins?
And what's a minicity? I'll probably go check now though..

Our system is based on percents. For more info go to the thread in the contest board.
