I may not be on a lot because I fell off my skates going 20 mph, I am a Professional Street Speed Skater and my top speed recorded is 44.6 mph. I have been skating for 4 years and this is the first time I have fallen and hurt myself this bad. My right forearm is badly cut from road burn and you can barely see skin on the underside anymore. I have a deep cut under my thumb where the palm is which makes it hard to write and do other things. I got my side deep enough to where you can see the fat. [I'm skinny] I also bruised my knee pretty badly.
When I crashed there was a guy in a truck who saw me fall and just stayed in his car, luckily there was someone outside of the house I crashed near. He said, "I'd offer you some ice if I wasn't using it to make ice cream" [Heh] He brought me a paper towel though. really "helped". Didn't even offer me a ride home because he was apparently going to watch a fight..
It hurts like hell.

Yes it kinda hurt, I almost passed out from dehydration while cleaning the cut. The cotton got stuck to the wound later on which I had to pull off.
It happened Saturday.

The only time I have fallen unconscious besides for things at the hospital (no need to go into that) was one morning a few months ago. It was a Saturday, and I had been playing my Xbox. Then i got up and I got dizzy, like when you watch TV when you first wake up for a few hours, your eyes make odd shapes and you get all woozy. Then I stumbled over to make some food to make it go away, and I finally lost my balance. I fell and my head hit a bench, and I blacked out for a few minutes. Then I woke up, and I said, "Why did I sleep last night on the floor?" Then i remembered what happened. It left a pretty big lump on my head. The worst pain I have ever been in was when I ran down the super steep hill of a waterpark, with flip-flops on. I somersaulted a few times to the bottom, and I got scraped on both knees elbows, and hands.

i have a friend who is really tall but really skiny. he is only 15 or 16 but he's a couple inches over 6 foot. he has blacked out before from just getting up too fast.

Probably because he is so tall, and his blood tract is so long, the blood can't adjust circulation quickly enough and the blood circulates as if he is sitting, which would give the blood more time but the blood has less time because he is standing, which makes the blood move slowly, not getting energy to vital organs, causing him to temporarily black out due to a lack of energy in some organ systems. I don't know the specifics, but if I had to guess that is what I would say.
