Its not 10 years. And it doesn't matter if the copyright is posted or not. Its still a copyright. Just like how this whole forum is copyright us. We dont have to update the copyright, its still ours, even if we dont put that in writing.

technically everything you make is copyright. However, you usually won't get far in court (or even get to court) if you haven't filed for a copyright.

We dont have to update the copyright, its still ours, even if we dont put that in writing. Some of the things you have said are not true under our legal system. There are several different types of intellectual property which are NOT automatically owned by the creator, until a legal copyright is filled for and granted. If an idea does not have the proper legal protection then anyone may steal it, without fear of any consequences.
