So, a friend and I went to see a movie on Monday, and the movie was oversold, even though it was an huge AMC 350 person theater... So we had to sit on the steps along the side of the movie theater. The movie started, and someone finally gave us their seats because they had to leave for some reason. So, we're really glad we finally got some seats, and then some girl behind us starts asking stupid questions- CONSTANTLY, throughout the ENTIRE movie (with really weird inflection). Mommy, is this the second movie? Are we gonna see Avatar later? I need to go to the bathroom! Can I have another soda? Her mom answered these questions as if there was nobody else there, and then the girl starts kicking my friend's seat violently, and I mean VIOLENTLY. I could see almost the entire row vibrating. So we both exchange a glance, turn back and ask if the girl could please stop kicking our seats. She just gets this stupid look on her face and her mom looks at me like I was sent from Satan. We decide to let it go, but a minute later, a baby a few rows in front of us starts crying. Whoever her mom is lets this go on for about 10 minutes, at which point about half the theater is yelling "SHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! TAKE THE BABY OUT!". The mom (about 400 pounds from what I could see) finally slowly stands up and takes about five minutes to get down the whole row. The girl behind us continues to ask questions, keeps kicking our chair. My friend didn't beat me to it yet, so I turned around, pushed her feet (kinda violently) off his chair, and said "THERE ARE 348 OTHER PEOPLE IN HERE TRYING TO ENJOY A MOVIE, SO COULD YOU PLEASE STOP KICKING THE CHAIR, STOP ASKING QUESTIONS, AND WATCH THE FREAKIN' THING?!". That shut her up for about five minutes. All in all, it was the worst movie experience I have ever had.
