Rogue Planet
Welcome to another of my "famous" A Roleplayer's Haven games! This series is going to go on for quite a long time, mostly because of the grace of my favorite character, Tephanis! However, this game will not feature Tephanis as a main character, though he may make a few special appearances. Anyone who can point out a character that might be him masquerading as a mortal will get a reward! This is a retry of my previous game. There are no demons or magic in this game.
Rules
1. No Godmodding
2. No messing with other people's background stories to fit your own
3. You start with only your money (everyone starts with 500), your beginning weapon (nothing to powerful), and a starter ship.
4. It is NOT necessary to stick to the main quest line, you are free to live out your "life" as a smuggler, farmer, or even a senator (if you can work you're way through political ladder to that point).
5. Magic does NOT exist. This game is completely sci-fi, so don't make magical characters, please.
8. Have fun!
Character Creation Description
This game is much more in-depth than my other games, as you will have set values for your health, skills, and other stats. You're AP (action points) are spent on risky or difficult actions to either improve your chances of success or retry them (AP does not regenerate, it can only be purchased or rewarded). Your Fatigue points are used for anything that requires physical activity such as fighting, sprinting, or lifting (this regenerates). Health is an obvious one (regenerates, slowly). Your Concentration is used on mentally straining activities such as hacking, designing technology, or haggling (regenerates). Perks are nifty little abilities that you can choose 2 of at the beginning of the game. Perks last throughout the game, and after you pick your first 2 can only be awarded or bought with Dan-Balls or AP. Skills are what you are proficient at, everyone starts with 50 skill points to divide between the skills you choose. Now, on to the actual Character Creation.
Character Creation Sheet
You start with 100 Life points. You divide your Life points up amongst your Health, Concentration, and Fatigue. All characters start with 5 AP.

__________________________
Since you will be traveling through space amongst many different races, there is no way I could list them all. So, feel free to design (or copy from a book, game, or movie) a race. If you have a picture of it that's eve better. Please give a physical description of your character if no picture is provided.

Bartering: This is used for haggling prices, and selling things. You rbarter skill is compared against the other persons' (usually an NPC), to decide if you're sale's pitch or haggle works.
Political: This decides your political power. The amount of skill points you have in this decide what level of political person you are. For example, someone with 80 skill points would be a Senator.
Sneak: This decides you're ability to hide and find hiding people. Your sneak skill is compared against the searcher's, plus any modifiers (like lighting and such), to determine if you find them or successfully hide from them.
Computer: This skill decides your ability in programming or hacking a computer or operating system. This is necessary to create a droid/robot brain from scratch, unless you want to buy a pre-made central brain.
Robot: This determines your ability to build robots/droids. At higher skill levels it is possible to design a droid.
Engineering: This determines your ability to build and design ships, security systems, and anything that isn't a computer, robot or gun/laser gun.
Guns: This determines your skill in handling, repairing, and building any non-Laser gun.
Laser Weapons: This determines your skill in building, handling, and repairing all Laser-Based weapons.
