My new class idea is for an axeman. Types of Axes: Axemen would have 3 different types of axes, Battle Axes, Axes, and Throwing axes. Their names could probably be shortened respectively to 'Maul', 'Axe' and 'Striker'. Each type of axe has a different aspect about it. Axes: Short range, probably 20 or so. They would do quite high damage, but would have a slow attack rate. Mauls: 30/35 range, high damage, VERY slow attack rate. Could hit multiple enemies. Cannot damage close enemies. Strikers: 60-70 range, low/medium-low damage, medium fire rate. Effects of STR, DEX, LP and MAG increase upon Level Up: STR: Increases maximum damage by 1. DEX: Increases minimum damage by 1. MAG: Allows magic attacks, like on other weapons. LP: Increases health by 10. Basically the same as a Gladiator's attributes. Explanations: This character should carry at least an Axe at all times. The maul's inability to attack enemies that are too close to the Axeman would be a huge weakness against fast enemies, so other characters should be used to back a maul-carrying Axeman in melee at all times.
