We all know Desert 1 is coming, it says so right here. www.youtube.com/watch?v=_egeZdJFxeASo I want to know do you think they will add some sand to the eastern part of the map to make it look like a Desert. Some evidence that they might do that is when we were about to get Submarine Seris they changed the big lake in the east to a bay so it would be conected to a Ocean.

first of all: that video is OLD! you didn't even know it exists until it was mentioned here on the forums. and i bet you don't even know how to check whether the game code still holds those hacked stages / items. [i'm waiting for the day desert 1 will be released and you will shout here on the forums and on the comment board "i knew it! i told you desert 1 will be released today!" and adding "a fact" on the wiki page that says "drseaweed knew that desert 1 was coming out. he wrote so in the forums."]
besides that: nobody knows whether they will "add some sand". maybe and maybe not.

So far that Video got every stage right, so I dought it will be wrong about Desert 1. And i'm not taking credit for it, everybody already knew Desert 1 was coming. So I still think they add sand

Notice the dummy monsters and bosses. I doubt during the time this was hacked that the admin even care about making the sand. By now he most likely already have it and planning ahead of himself.

the only edit they'll make is a color change to the current grassland tiles. It's the quickest and easiest way to do it, all he'd need to do is just turn the grassland tiles tan. I can PROMISE you that's what he'll do.

That video brings back memories. If only the SS was that easy to beat.

Right, I meant SM. I mean, it's a little tree. I wonder if this can be done again to predict upcoming updates... hmm...

I wonder if this can be done again to predict upcoming updates... hmm... what do you mean? i think the hacker from the video just managed to make things visible that are already in the gamecode. right now pretty much everything that the gamecode holds is unlocked (except the Rubber's Card which supposably ist just a placeholder)... so if they "restock" the gamecode with new information i think it can be done. but lately it seems that they only add things to the code which are part of that week's update anyway...

Its not like there was anything interesting revealed. Only the names of the stages and their location was revealed. And if I remember correctly, for about one week there were unreleased enemies in the gamecode, but that video was too late to reveal them. I think he will add the names and locations of more stages in one update again, because thats what he did with the caverns too. (All the stages behind the castle were added in v3.9 in one go!). And yeah, rubber card is in the code since at least v2.7. There were a few other cards that never got released, but they got exchanged for new and released items. He probably just forgot the rubbers card.

Its not like there was anything interesting revealed. i'm with you on that regarding the stages. but there also was a video with lv2 jewels which were inserted in the gamecode before they were officially unlocked... but on the other hand, everybody got the pattern of the future items i guess... ^^

Well, it was fairly interesting knowing some upcoming stages. It'll probably be worth trying it again after the Desert series.
