New Vote/Upload system

The upload and vote system in powder game we have right now is not that good, it has a lot of flaws. Which is why I say we do the vote and upload system over.

The New Vote system would be more effective at calculating votes. Each upload would start with 10 votes. When you voted for it, it would go up by one. The same as we have now pretty much. But the delete system would take away one vote when you clicked delete. If the upload went into the negitives it would be deleted. Thats why it would start with 10, so it could not be deleted by some noob who saw the upload first. I don't expect this oneto make it in but maybe they could make it so you need an account to vote or delete.


The new upload system would let you upload whenever you want to, you would not need to wait for the upload time. But you could only upload somthing once a week. Thats the only changes I could think of for the upload system. And I do not expect this one to make it in, but maybe they could make it so you do not need an account to upload, but if you had no account your upload could not get any votes or deletes.

I do suggest you look at the Uploads board. For a second there I thought that you made this thread to comment on the already existing new Vote/Upload system.

Of course, it would be nice if it was actually installed into Dan-Ball. But if you could upload whenever you wanted, then it would be completely flooded with uploads. If that system were installed, it would have to be more like one a month.

I agree, the system couldn't handle an upload from every single PG player each week...
