Aireal FireteamAireal Fireteams are the smallest formations, consisting of anywhere from the two-man crew of an assault aerodyne to the eight-man crew of a gunship. SquadronSquadrons are formations of aireal units, consisting of Several aerodynes or gunships. WingWings are where combat forces tend to become mixed, containing aerodynes and gunships in the same formation. Typically consists of 3-4 squadrons. Task ForceTask Forces are often deployed on their own or sometimes in pairs to oversee or protect specific operations. Usually consisting of 2-3 Wings and a Dropship Squadron. DivisionDivisions are the aireal equivalent of a battalion. They typically consist of 2-3 Task Forces, as well as anywhere from a Wing to a Task Force of supply-burdening ships. Air ForceThere are alot of Aireal Divisions. They are organized into Air Forces, which consist of about 50 Divisions. There are Two Airforces. Aireal CorpsAireal Corps Command reports directly to Phoenix HIGHCOM and to the Commander of the Phoenix Himself.
