Lately, I've been getting suspicious about Artik. I don't know if you noticed, but over the past few days, he seems to be posting immature, off-topic posts just for the sake of getting his post count up. (Not to mention the bad spelling and grammar.)
I wanted Artik to start acting more mature, so I sent him this PM four days ago:
He responded with this:
We PMed back a forth a few times, and when I asked him a second time if he would act mature, he responded with:
As if he were mocking me.
I've also talked to him on chat about this issue, and he keeps changing the subject and seems to be completely disregarding what I'm saying. I've asked him very politely, and not only has he directly refused to do what I've asked, but he's mocked me. I don't see any way I'm going to get him to listen to me and change his ways.
What should I do? Maybe give him a warning at this point?

Artik, I've been watching your posting recently, and I've noticed a few things. Most of your posts are off-topic and do not actively contribute to topics, and you also tend to have bad spelling/grammar.
Here are some examples:
Qwerty, vacon, Ggoodie, S4 and M4.

(THIS IS NOT PART OF THE ORIGINAL PM(The above post was from when I crossed out |||||||'s post in the chat mod voting thread because he voted before voting started. It's better to read it in context.))
I don't know if you've read the Forum Rules, but if you haven't, you really should. As a matter of fact, there is a rule against posting without actively contributing:
Posts without Active Contribution
Risk: 5% warning
A post must actively contribute to the discussion within its thread. Posts that add no extra significance to the thread, such as laughing out loud or agreeing to/rejecting a previous argument without giving reasoning, violate this rule. Polls are an exception.
This time I'm letting you off with a written warning. I just want to let you know that I want you to try being a bit more mature, and try to make your posts more helpful. Take the time to use proper spelling. It will make it easier for people to take you seriously.
I would really appreciate this, and I'm sure the entire forum would appreciate it too.
Thank you.
