Should this be punished? I was going to edit it, but didn't know how it should be punished.

He was probably joking, and, considering this is a PG-13 forum, the occasional swear is fine, so if we do warn him, it should be very low. My vote is for no warning at all or just 5% warning; people say worse things all the time and get away with it, and what he said really isn't that bad, compared to what other people have said.
I used way too many commas in the first sentence.

Well, even if it's someone like BoL, it's rather unprovoked to call someone a "fvck noob" in a respect thread. He could have said that he's a noob, or just "No."

Considering MaaR's history of offenses, aside from an avatar problem in his Warning Notes, I gave him a 5% warning. I also must wonder if MaaR was just kidding as noted, or if he actually meant to create a provoking statement. In either case, I believe a 5% warning is fully justified. I wonder if he can learn to follow rules here... [offtopic] On another note, I wonder what happened to the *facepalm* censor? I really liked that one, and needed it before the last on-topic sentence in this thread...Apparently, I need to surround "facepalm" with single colons, such as :smiley_goes_here:...[/offtopic]
