Atlijen (aka "That Chatango user who abuses Donator privileges") has recently been making posts that are off-topic, normally accompanied with this image. He posted on-topic as well, but then linked that image right afterwards. He also double-posted in "=PG= The Upload Thread", but that's been taken care of. He's posted on-topic here, and off-topic here and here (with apologies for the spiel I spun off). How should this be dealt with?

Has (s)he (hereafter, "she," "her," etc....) stopped after you warned her (with the typed warning and with the percentage warning)? If so, then you have probably done everything you needed to do; if not, then continue to warn Alice with both percentages and typed warnings explaining the offense, just like you did.
Thank you.

I linked atlijen to the rules on chat, and "she" seemed to not know about them, cause "she" said "she"'d put them on "her" desktop so that they wouldn't be forgotten, which they obviously have been.

Well, whatever the case, you showed Alice the rules. You don't need to worry about textual warnings too much whenever Alice breaks any rules, although brief notifications may still be necessary on occasion.
...and is Alice male or female, if you'll pardon my sidetracking question? Neither forum nor Chatango profile make any mention, nor have I seen Alice make any explicit indication. I just don't want to look like an idiot calling a male a female or vice versa if others know the gender?

Well, I tend to go under the assumption that people on the internet are male until proven otherwise. Also, sorry to go a little off-topic, but BoL's posted as a guest again, to ask for his account to be put in the Nonja group.
