I am aware what increase what for every class and know all of the cards. You may not be aware of this but posting a quote like that from the wiki is kinda like a insult, almost like you are calling me a noob.
I was asking for the range needed to get the first hit on VS mode. Even if I could put two of the same cards, why waste a compo spot if I already have the range needed? I could over do the range and that may work...But I want the perfect team. I don't need a useless SP on a sniper Str if it could be use for dex.
I want the exact number or at least the range of the number. I can safely say that it is near 200...Maybe a little more.
Trust me, if someone on the Dan Ball Forums then there a 99% chance of them knowing the Dan Ball Wiki. No need to quote info that we already know. I not trying to flame you or anything, I just giving the facts. I also was just playing with your lv59 typo...I guessing they are lv49 and your finger just missed the 4?

Yes, you spotted the typo, they are 49 I was not calling you a noob in anyway, just posting what it is (regardless if you know or not) is more useful then just posting. What I use are just quick card and catapult, you never have enough range and well needed AGI. full on MAG and im hitting nearly 400dps just food for thought

Note- The length of the map, I believe, is 511 pixels or range, seeing that the back of your team starts at pixel ~80 and the farthest away they are from you is ~430, you need around 330-350 range to hit them from the beginning. Seeing as the bows have 90 range, you have to get 240-260 range from elsewhere.
Also if its the sniper closest to the center hitting the opponent closest to the center, you need 290 range. This means 100 str on a sniper to hit the opponent.

I used a mouse recorder to get one of my groups to level 50, I could do the same for my current team but I think I will wait for the update. 30 + 90 = 120, need 25 mag for poison...or do I? 85 str is needed...So 13 mag is needed for the first shot. I could use a blue stone to make it 28... so... lv50 85 str 3 dex 25 mag blue stone and the card. Got the perfect sniper now, all thanks to whoknows. I have a group right now lv50 and clean (no used SP) which three priests and a sniper...I can jack the sniper up and the priest att aura (which effect magical attacks also) will replace the gems. I going to see how well that will work.

I try a priest, sniper, gunner, and a mage but the mage sucks and the gunner never get a chance to attack.
I try three priest and a sniper but the aura is not close enough. I may replace the black stone with a blue one but it seem like a good group.
Any suggestions and I will try them.

I want a group that will get 100% wins and 0 losses Did it ever come to your mind, that teams might be rock-scissor-paper like? So you might not be able to build a team that wins everyone? yeah i agree, i found out you can only build on one straingh, either LP, range, or attack, you can't have all 3, if you do then that would be a perfect team, have lots of LP, yet a long long range, and high attack.

I'm a noob but how about 2 snipers gladiator and an lp pure boxer? That would give range decent damage and lp

Poison and range with speed is the best group IMO.
Poison kill LP
Range & poison kill power
Only weakness is a group of the same type which is range.

Once more I'd like to suggest using a magician to use blizzard, because you'll be slowing your opponent's attacks, and in this kind of mode that's VERY useful.

Alright I stumbled upon this forum, and in turn this thread, and I think I may have a lot to contribute XD In Vs mode, I took a screenshot on paint and drew a line, and it tells me (bottom right corner) it's about 300 pixels from the middle two sticks to the first stick on the opposing team. From personal experience, only about 290 range is required.
I use a poison archer 100% of the time, the attatchments are a peridot or an emerald, and a catapult's card. I use a triple poison, 25mag and 70 str (spare points go into LP). This allows me to fire a shot the instant the fight starts, if I use a peridot the poison usually lasts long enough to kill the opposing archers, if they are of an average build. If I use an emerald, then I do more damage to the LP tank if they have one, but I risk letting the opposing archers live. By the way, poison doesn't stack. I have also calculated that poison strikes once per frame, which is 50 times a second.
I always use a preist too, it can basically double your damage (at lvl 50ish) as long as your preist is alive. This results in tremendous power for the first few shots of the poison archer, which is what kills the opponent's long-rangers. I don't find any point in giving the preist more range, they just die, but more LP does help a bit. I got absolutely max strength with red and black stone, or 100 str and white stone and purple/black crystal (purple crystal reduces poison, I tested it on the mushrooms in forest 1 =P)
There MUST be a tank also. Either boxer, gladiator, whipper, or even mage. for the melee classes, one stat into LP adds 10 lp, for others it only adds 8. I recall somewhere that LP is multiplied by 5 in VS mode, except for preist and gunner which is only x3. The tank can be varied a lot, you can have him with full LP and purple/black crystal/white stone, or some offense some defence. Too far on the offense and you risk dieing too quickly though, you have to find a balance.
So that's 3 vital spots taken up. The last spot is usually: Another archer (can't be poison because it doesn't stack) Another preist A magician with an ice weapon to slow the other team (it also slows attacks, but that doesn't really affect poison).

I think I can help...a lot.
I'm not trying to brag, and no offense, but I think I have more experience hacking Stick Ranger than you.
For example; earlier you commented on how much of a pain it is to get a certain card as a drop. I am already able to spawn any currently existing in-game items. (Meaning compos and weapons)
I also saw that you trained a team to level 50 without spending sp points, so you can expirement when you need to. I'm also able to hack the rangers str, dex, and mag if need be. (I'm not just talking about the agility, like from 5-10 to 0-0. I mean I can set their strength to 70 or so and their mag to 25 for a sniper, for example, and test the results.)
I want to be a part of this project, so if you have any ideas at all or if you want me to try certain things or something like that, just ask. If you want, maybe I could make a Dan-Ball account for us to both use teams we hacked on, for testing? Meaning, I could train a test VS mode team and then give you the code and let you try it, on the same account.

Oh, and also, I've always thought that I could hack to get information for the Dan-Ball wiki pretty easily, too. I can just make a file and give it whatever items you want, for example, and then hand it over to whoever's testing with it.
