Full Brigaider
The highest rank in Chain of Command, Brigaiders take part in the coordination of the entire Aerial Corps. They are not the absolute top, however, and many ranks operate out of place, in other branches, or somewhere in the Limbo that teathers the military together.
Commander Of The Phoenix
The absolute top in Chain of Command, the Phoenix Armed Forces is currently led by CPHX James Tyler Fox. The CPHX is effectively the Commander In Chief of the PHX, and while he cannot possibly command every aspect of the military, he has the power to do so. The CPHX is the Phoenix as expressed by one man, but modesty is not an uncommon trait of such a man.
