If AGI is zero, then the attack rate would be undefined (how can one calculate how many attacks there are every zero frames?). It would be better AND avoid DivideByZeroExceptions in Java to use single-digit AGI, or potentially something in the tens place.
Also, a name change might become necessary in order to avoid confusion with the magician, which English speakers tend to nickname "mage."

I don't think this would be a very good idea, we already have a magician, and if it were to attack that fast, it could easily kill ALL the bosses itself. I could easily have a team of them with poison darts. I don't think this is a good idea, but I think your on the right track. The attacks are to close, but it would be a good idea. Lower the power of some weapons, change the name. That's all I can think of should this be used.

SR does not divide by the AGI, AGI says how many frames delay there are between two attacks. So theoretically an agi of 0 still should result in the rangers dealing infinite attacks every frame, but practically the value is only checked once every frame, so agi=0 is the same as agi=1. Having said that, the Desert Boss has an AGI of 5, like the boxer. And I think even that would be to much for a ranged stickman. And I think that we already have a mage and don't need another one.

"Mage" is normally just another word for "Magician", so, yeah, I don't see the point.

A: You can't change original health B: I saw a hack video with 0 AGI, using magic, and it was like a blue snake. SO, AGI? Heck, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! C: Melee classes are short range classes. The point of stick ranger is to have nicely balanced classes, not classes that go Bbombombombombom you die.

It doesn't have to be a new class...they're just weapons with 1-1 AGI. -.-

1-1 AGI.... NO. Just no. Boxer is supposed to be fastest class, and he's melee.

Plus, noone has thought of how easy Opening Street would be if you did 1-1 damage to an enemy per frame. In about ten frames, you could kill the weakest enemy. Assuming a rate of about (PowderGame average) 40-50 fps, you could fire enough shots to kill five enemies in one second. At range. And anyway, what would the Stat increases do? My verdict on the class: NO. Just no.
