Blatant trolling. (S)He even said it was trolling. They said trolling was fun. And they also WANTED to be banned. I'm not sure what to do when somebody WANTS to be banned...

Kindly post your timezone. It is easy to forget that we likely live on opposite sides of the world.

That, or go by Forum Standard Time (FST), which is relative to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). If one doesn't specify a time zone, I either check the profile's time zone setting or assume FST. I would prefer that staff specify FST, as that means less work for me...
I modified the post to display the unban time in FST, military style. 12:43 is the same as 12:43 post merediem.

Now I don't know what time that is for me! GAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH you guys should all just move to my time zone. That is the only practical solution.

Of course, the post time adapts to the user's location, and the ban is invalid if it is added over an hour after the ban anyway. As such, simply remove the date and tell us when to unban relative to posting time (p + 1:00 (One hour ban), p + 12:00 (Twelve hour ban), p + 3:00:00 (Three day ban), etc)
