You know what would be awesome? A tag to embed a frame or something. I could totally write the code, but I would need somebody to stick it in the header and try it out... Anybody with superior powers want to help me out here?

I think we've tried that efore. It would have to have certain limitations, somehow, so people don't abuse it.

Somebody doesn't know thing one about web design... A frame is basically a little rectangular area in a webpage that displays another webpage. It could be used to embed games, interactive components, third party websites, etc...
