IF the 2012 event happens, what will the world be like after...? Will humanity start all over? Will new things be discovered that we never could have imagined? Will we all die out...? Discuss!

Based off its end world theory. The world's enviroment would simply change drasticly, many species would migrate and probably survive, and humanity would just move around a bit.

Life is more adaptable than you think. Yes, but can we survive global radiation, busts of immense heat, and collapses of the Earth's surface near and where the meteor hits?

i have doubts that 2012 will happen. It's according to the Mayans, they also predicted loads of other doomsdays that never happened.

Well then why is NASA tracking a fast moving object in the solar system heading towards Earth that could reach us by 2012? I don't have an opinion on it, but I'm pretty sure it could happen.

By 2012 we will have a 1337-powered cannon (brought to you by >9000 industries and sponsored by 42 countries) to destroy the meteor. Problem solved.

Are you sure we won't call on our ally the Galactic Empire to take care of the meteor for us?
