It's as close as we can get right now I think. How many mods and how much of their time would that take with 100 uploads every day?

I still have a problem with the thought of a select few deciding what uploads are worthy of being kept and which should be condemned to deletion...

I do not think a better vote delete system will be easily implemented on dan ball soon, but it seems to me we could upload the codes somewhere else, and possibly even click the name to go to pg and enter the code on one click.
I take it the reason for wish of a better vote delete system is due to fewer upload spaces, but voting /deleting could probably be implemented without much further trouble.

I think a report button, would help a lot to give people with good uploads a chance to upload.

Yeah a report button would be far better than a mod checking the uploads. Maybe after 5 - 10 reports an upload would be sent to someone in charge and they would decide if it was offensive or if it deserved to be taken down for any other reason. If it was, then another spot would open up.

I vote for a report button you can get some pretty rude/offensive things posted ( The poll "Vote" button doesn't work for me)

Yeah... the polls don't work for users with FF or GC. We aren't sure why.
