Are you guys talking about block or box? or grid 7?
If its block, I say 4x4 since each side of a pen-s 1 block is 4 pixels.

for number 2 i noticed if you use the rest of your dots on fan and put a plyer in there he would start to stretch

That's cause he can't pass thorugh some elements, so his head or leg get pulled by wind while some other leg stays in place

Than the problem is that the difference in air pressure between 2 minscule points is so great that one leg would stretch afar before tyhe other leg joins it
