Ggoodie, no. Just no. Killing the forum for this will accomplish nothing. But thats only because Listo shows absolutely no interest in this project to work. If he IS working for Ha55ii, he could finish this project in less then a week. |

Obviously Ha55ii has his own translator or Listo wouldn't be able to talk to him. Why don't we just boycott the forum till Listo finds the need to just send the email. Boycott? Lol.. this isn't a business my friend, you aren't hurting us. The fact is, Ha55ii doesn't care about the "English" side, if he did he would actively participate in it, which he doesn't. I see no point, sorry. And until I see one I will do no such thing, especially something demanded from the likes of you. It is as expected that you will not be participating in DB-pal. To GGoodie, we no longer have a need of TheListo's help, (and we will quite clearly not be recieving any from him anyway.) Frogmaster's translating abilities may well be sufficient. |

This entire thing seems like a technicality to me, but if you guys are bothered about it then okay. It really won't make much of a difference.
But yeah, if you guys give me a message I'd be glad to translate to the best of my abilities. I'm happy to give something back after abandoning you guys for so long.

Here's the message I've been sending, It assumes the Listo is telling the truth. I've thought about asking Ha55ii whether Listo really does program PG, but that problem would be answered if we do get a link onto Dan-Ball.

Froggy, it would be nice if you could help with the translating. I've currently run two human translation sites dry, each with around 10 translators. Getting manga translators to help was a complete bust.
If the message does get translated, I think that we should just post it on his blog. I've already checked out the 'Inquiry' link on Dan-ball a while ago, no response as of yet. It was a very simple question in Japanese, simple enough for Japanese-English dictionaries, and sentence structures found online to help. "Who made this site?"
Also, the 'Page Admin' link on his blog, once I made a Fc2 account for it, took me straight to the Fc2 home page.

and on a side note:
DB-PAL's name was really a joke I made on chat. I was on an acronym rampage, acronyming everything I could lay my eyes on. Somehow DB-PAL got taken seriously and it stuck. It stands for Dan Ball - Project Affiliate Link. So calling it project DB-PAL is redundant. So don't call it project DB-PAL. Call it DB-PAL. just DB-PAL. kthnx.
